Corporation “Irkut” has started flight tests of a light aircraft Yak-152 and the preparation for the first flight of MS-21 airliner. This was announced by Vice-Premier of RF government Dmitry Rogozin on Twitter.
“The President of Corporation “Irkut” O. F. Demchenko reported on the start of flight tests of the light Yak-152 and the preparations for the first flight of the MS-21 airliner,” – said in the message, Mr. Rogozin.
We will remind, the presentation of a fully assembled medium-haul passenger aircraft MS-21 was held at the Irkutsk aviation plant on 8 June. Ceremonie of rolling out a liner out of the hangar took part the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and Dmitry Rogozin, Minister of industry and trade of Russia Denis Manturov, President of UAC, Yuri Slusar, the CEO of rostec Sergey Chemezov, Deputy transport Minister Valery Okulov, the Russian presidential envoy in the Siberian Federal district Nikolai Rogozhkin and many others.
