The plane an-26 of airline “Polar airlines” from-for difficult weather conditions made a rough landing at the airport White Mountain (Yakutia). Anybody from passengers has not suffered.
The airline “Polar airlines” have confirmed this information:
“At the airport, White Mountain abyysky ulus while approaching the airfield in bad weather had a hard landing the aircraft An-26 – 100. The passengers of the flight in the amount of 27 people and crew, with six people was injured. The plane was damaged. For the investigation of aviation events in the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, a state Commission”, — said the press service of the airline.
The plane An-26 of airline “Polar airlines”, emergency shrunken in Yakutia, was severely damaged, reported “Interfax” a source in the emergency services.
“The aircraft is missing one of the screws, severe damage to the bow, and there is no chassis,” said the source.
He said that the plane landed “on its belly” in 400 m away from the runway.
“None of those on Board were not injured. All the people evacuated, however, further operation of the aircraft is hardly possible”, — said the source.
Earlier, another source in emergency services of the region reported “Interfax”, that the aircraft “damaged front and right landing gear, it skidded off the runway”.
As reported previously, the Agency “Interfax” in a single dispatching service abyysky district of the Republic, while landing the plane of airline “Polar airlines”, EN route Yakutsk — White Mountain, the accident occurred.
“The words of greeting the passengers, victims and survivors there. The cause of the accident we don’t know arrived at our employees”, — said the Manager.
“The fire, there was no event, no injuries. Passengers and crew evacuated to the terminal building. Flights on the route Yakutsk – White Mountain will be resumed after improvement of weather conditions”, — said the press-Secretary of the Ministry of transport and roads of Sakha(Yakutia) Victor Alekseev.
On this incident the Territorial administration of Federal air transport Agency collects additional information for investigation.
