Rospotrebnadzor has fined the Red Wings for late provision of hot meals if the flight is delayed in Nizhny Novgorod. About it reports the Agency of 17 October 2016, reports NIA “Nizhny Novgorod”.
According to information in 2016 according to the materials of the Nizhny Novgorod transport Prosecutor’s office during inspections of air carrier Red Wings, it was established that the company is not timely provided to passengers of the detained flight Nizhniy Novgorod-Sochi hot meals.
In addition, the Department was held unscheduled documentary check of airline “Aeroflot” on the treatment of citizens in 2015. The company has carried out transportation of passengers on the route Zurich-Moscow with additional land at the airport of Nizhny Novgorod in connection with adverse weather conditions. The audit found that the JSC “Aeroflot” is not timely provided to passengers of the detained flight refreshments (served while waiting for the departure more than two hours) and did not provide passengers with hot meals (if the delay exceeds four hours).
As a result, in respect of the aforementioned carriers filed the case on administrative offences under part 1 of article 14.4 of administrative offences code of the Russian Federation, they are fined for a total amount of 40 thousand rubles.
