They relate to cost reduction, cost, and broadly characterize the indifferent attitude of workers and engineering-technical staff to create a new plane.”

In the first nine months the total amount paid remuneration to the authors 1134 innovation, initiative and Kaizen proposals reached 1 128 355 rubles. An important event this year was held at VASO’s study of heads of departments development of production systems of the enterprises of the KLA on the example of training of heads and Deputy heads of departments of the Voronezh aircraft factory. “The leaders concerned about this initiative as learners, and as people who were to implement the proposals of their colleagues, said the Director of the Department of lean manufacturing VASO Alexander Fedotov. Monitoring the implementation of proposals for reduction of losses of working time, made in the course of the study, as well as a second conducted by our Department on their own, showed that they fully realized”.

In the first nine months of 2016 top number of submitted suggestions for improvement (Kaizen) among the industries was the mechanical Assembly, among the departments of the chief designer Department. And most of all such proposals was made by the head of area Nikolay Klimentov and chief engineer-technologist of welding division Konstantin Panichev, who also was the author of the six introduced in this year’s innovations.

Also for the first time in the history of the Voronezh aircraft factory received a public testimony to your own software for computers. He also became the first put on the accounting of intangible assets.
