The Fes has completed the review of the gold mining company “Kurumkan”, which owned the crashed in Zabaykalsky Krai helicopter Robinson. The head of the company and the legal entity was fined 965 thousand rubles, reports TASS.
“In the course of Supervisory actions it is established that the pilot was allowed to work without undergoing periodic medical examination, the workplace of a pilot was not carried out special evaluation of working conditions, with workers not given introductory instruction on labor protection. In addition, in violation of labor laws, medical examinations were carried out at the expense of workers”, – stated in the message.
After the inspection, the employer issued a determination to eliminate all the violations.
Helicopter Robinson, owned by the gold mining company “Kurumkan”, crashed on October 22. The pilot and two passengers, the General Director and chief engineer of the company “Darkhan”, which founder is “Urutkan” has died. A criminal case under signs of crime under part 3 St. 263 criminal code of Russian Federation (“Infringement of safety rules of movement and operation of air transport, entailed on imprudence death of two and more persons”). The investigation is ongoing.
