“Work will take place on a specially designed stand using the multi-channel system loadings, was developed by TSAGI specialists together with colleagues from Atos (Italy). Industrial implementation of this development, the Institute carries out jointly with Tekhprom, OOO with the support of Fund “SKOLKOVO”. Key benefits of the system to reduce the time of installation of the test stand due to the unification of the equipment, reducing the cost of the process of the experiment by increasing performance at low power consumption. In addition, it provides high protection of the object from the unnormalized loads. In TSAGI system is applied in studies of the airframe of the aircraft Il-76MD-90A and Sukhoi SuperJet 100LR”, – explained in TSAGI.

According to preliminary estimates of scientists, the process will not take more than two and a half years (previously, this study lasted up to five years). “We first conduct life tests of full-size unit, made of composite materials. This new direction will require new approaches. Therefore, the results of the research will undoubtedly be of great interest,” said the Deputy chief of Department of the resource of aircraft structures FGUP “TSAGI” Konstantin Shcherban.
