Low-budget airline “Victory” took third place in the rating of Russian airlines according to the most famous popular scientific geographical publications in the world by National Geographic. This reports the press service of the airline.
In an online poll the National Geographic Traveler Awards 2016 conducted from September 8 to November 6, 2016, the readers of National Geographic Traveler magazine independently chose the best Russian airline.
“The dynamics of growth of production indicators of “Victory” suggests that the low-cost carrier in Russia has taken place. Already in the first year of flights, the company entered the TOP-10 largest air carriers of Russia. In 2015, the company sold about 10% of the tickets for 999 rubles including all taxes and fees and carried more than 3 million passengers. Earlier, the “Victory” was marked on the international market. Russian low-cost carrier was ranked first in the world in terms of growth among low-cost airlines in the global industry publication Airline Business. In addition, the “Victory” was in the TOP 10 best airlines of Eastern Europe in the rating of Skytrax World Airline Awards,” the airline said.
“Victory” is actively expanding route network. Now on the map of the company’s flights to 37 destinations, including 11 regional and performed without landing in Moscow, 17 domestic (from the Moscow “Vnukovo”) and 9 foreign.
